These terms apply to your use of rienwear.com and to any order you place with Rien. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them together with our privacy policy and return policy.

About us

Rienwear.com is operated by Rien, an apparel label based in Sri Lanka. You can contact us through our contact page.

Using this website

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or security. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account.

Products and availability

We try to show our products as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, and measurements may vary slightly between garments. All products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or discontinue items at any time.

Prices

All prices are shown in Sri Lankan rupees (LKR). Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you place your order. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and let you know.

Orders

When you place an order you will receive a confirmation of receipt. This is not an acceptance of your order. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, the delivery details cannot be verified or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order, you will not be charged.

Payment

We currently accept cash on delivery. Please have the full order amount ready when your order arrives. We may introduce other payment methods in future, and any additional terms will be shown at checkout.

Delivery

We deliver across Sri Lanka. Delivery times shown at checkout or on the website are estimates and may be affected by location, public holidays or events outside our control. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct, as our delivery partner may need to contact you.

Returns and refunds

You can return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Full details are in our return policy.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the Rien name and logo, product designs, photography and text, belongs to Rien or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under Sri Lankan law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published at the time you placed it.
